  • Functioning camera and microphone
  • Private location to conduct your virtual visit

PRESCRIPTION POLICIES
Electronic Prescribing
We may use electronic prescribing to transmit prescriptions directly to your pharmacy. By using our services, you consent to this practice.

Prescription Refills
Requests for prescription refills may be made through the Site, but require review and approval by your healthcare provider. Please allow up to 48 business hours for prescription refill requests to be processed.

Controlled Substances
Special rules apply to prescriptions for controlled substances. These medications may require in-person visits, more frequent follow-ups, and cannot always be prescribed via telemedicine in accordance with federal and state laws.

PAYMENT AND INSURANCE
Fees and Payment
