Appointment Scheduling
Schedule your first appointment by calling our office at (757) 712-6409 or by emailing support@veritaspointe.com. Our staff will collect some basic information and help you find a convenient time.
Cancellations
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellation of appointments. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee as stated in our Terms of Use.
Items to Bring to Your Appointment
Please bring your photo ID, insurance card, list of current medications, and any relevant medical records or previous psychiatric evaluations. If you’ve completed our new patient forms in advance, bring those as well.

The Initial Appointment
Initial evaluations can be conducted virtually. However, certain situations may require an in-person visit. Our staff will help determine the most appropriate format for your care.
Preliminary forms are to be returned at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Preparing For a Virtual Appointment
Find a quiet, private space with good lighting. Have your medication list, pharmacy information, and any questions ready. Log in 5-10 minutes early to test your connection and complete any pre-appointment forms.
